Actually was hoping to do two little workouts today – one morning, one evening – but the second didn’t happen because my legs hurt.

So just a mile of running today.  Ran to the bridge.  Walked slowly back, looking at the beautiful creek running so high.  No kayakers, yet – which is probably a good thing because there’s some broken branches and trees that have fallen over the creek.  But it’ll definitely be a good kayaking year.

Curious how far I’d be able to run if I were at sea level…
