Meh. I’m less than two weeks in and I’m already over it. Maybe because I cooked just about everything that I ate during the month of January already. Plus, I’m realizing how much life gets in the way, being busy with this or that which keeps me from cooking everything. I’m still cooking a decent amount, and I’m still eating pretty darn healthy, and have only had one fast food item in the past probably three weeks (Chik-Fil-A fries when I was starving and still an hour from home).
Still wheat-free, though, until Sunday evening when the girls and I went to the Melting Pot and I had one bite of brownie and another bite of red velvet cake. No unfortunate reactions, so that’s nice.
